Gluten-Free Pizza Manny B’s is proud to be the ONLY pizzeria in the Lehigh Valley to offer gluten-free pizza and a complete gluten-free menu! We take every step necessary to ensure that our gluten-free items will not have any contact with wheat flour.  However, this is a traditional pizzeria, and flour is everywhere!  What we can do is inform you of all of the steps that we take to prevent cross-contamination.  We will gladly discuss this with you Please call or e-mail any time!

To guarantee the freshness of our pizza, we make dough daily or as needed.   We do occasionally run out of pizza, depending on the number of orders placed.   To be guaranteed a pizza, please feel free to order ahead of time!
